Welcome to our website on our proposals for the redevelopment of Harrow View East

Barratt London and Hyde Group are working with Pollard Thomas Edwards Architects on redevelopment proposals for Harrow View East, part of the wider regeneration of the Kodak site in Harrow & Wealdstone.

As you may be aware, Barratt London & Hyde Group acquired zones B, C and D in 2017, which includes outline permission for 1,150 new homes and contains the majority of the western section of the 30-acre former Kodak factory. The redevelopment is being brought forward in a number of phases over the next few years.

The first phase of Harrow View East was unanimously granted reserved matters planning permission by LB Harrow on 2nd February 2018. This includes 460 homes (with 40% affordable housing) and early delivery of the ‘green link’, a new park for local people to enjoy. A separate application was also consented for a new building that provides an energy centre and flexible community space. Following the approval, construction of the first phase will start in 2018. You can find more information about our proposals on this website.

We are now bringing forward proposals for the second phase. This includes 350 new homes, as well as new community and leisure facilities. We recently shared these plans with local residents at our public exhibition on Saturday 23 and Monday 25 June.

If you were not able to attend the exhibition, but want to find out more, please do get in touch. This website will be kept updated with more information about the proposals and details of our consultation.
