Barratt London and Hyde Group hold public exhibition on proposals for their first phase of redevelopment at Harrow View East
Barratt London and Hyde Group have held a public exhibition on redevelopment proposals for Harrow View East, part of the wider regeneration of the Kodak site.
The public exhibition was held on Wednesday 27 and Saturday 30 September at the Wealdstone Methodist Church. The event was a chance for local residents to find out more about the team’s plans for Barratt and Hyde’s first phase of redevelopment, as well as the principles that will guide future phases.
Phase 1 will focus on the area to the west of the site, running along Harrow View. It will prioritise the delivery of new homes and the first part of the ‘green link’, a new park that will run through the entire Harrow View East site.
Following the exhibition, Barratt and Hyde will shortly be submitting a ‘reserved matters’ planning application for Phase 1 to Harrow Council.
